Mitch Wallis

Mitch is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the company, bringing more than 25 years’ senior leadership experience in insurance loss adjusting and related professional services.

An accomplished executive with a strong operational background, Mitch has led the development and execution of technology, organisational and business growth strategies across the insurance sector. He has held senior and executive roles spanning operations, technology and client relationship management in the UK, Ireland and his native New Zealand.

Having initially trained in the information technology sector, Mitch gained significant experience in the insurance and finance services through working with Allianz, Hibernian and Bank of Ireland before joining the loss adjusting fraternity in 2001, firstly with Aston & Associates and then ProAdjust as a founding director on its inception in 2004.

In addition to his executive and operational responsibilities, Mitch has maintained a strong client-facing focus throughout his career. As a senior relationship lead and Key Account Manager, he worked closely with the senior claims leadership teams of the majority of Ireland’s non-life insurers, building long-standing, trusted relationships based on technical credibility, responsiveness and consistency of service.
