Claire Quinn

Claire has worked in loss adjusting for over 28 years having first joint Aston & Associates in 1998 as part of the Administration Team and joined ProAdjust at its formation in 2004 as Administration Manager.

Claire has been strategic in implementing MCC compliance for her team and ensuring its successful application within the loss adjusting field. Claire has developed expertise in MCC and IAF regulations and ensured that their requirements are rooted into the fabric of our operation and the core of our everyday tasks. 

Claire has built a team that prides itself on the high level of support that it provides to colleagues and that excels on delivering in alignment with company goals.  The experience, knowledge and insight she has developed over her more than a quarter century of industry experience, has allowed her to develop an operational support structure and methodologies that affords her colleagues and fellow management, time and ability to get the job done.  This vital understanding of the services we provide also allows for smooth interaction between teams and clients. 

Claire’s leadership style lends itself to a positive and effective interaction for colleagues within the company and will be key to both further growth of the team and ensuring excellence in the loss adjusting field as a whole.
